An interesting take on the Alien Mythos.  Especially given that it takes on not just the original film but Prometheus as well.  Enjoyed the ‘World Building’ (both literally and metaphorically).

The nods are well done (‘Bishop’; ‘Rook’)  ‘Get away from her you B**ch’ will never lose its lustre!  Ditto use of antigravity.  The cameo of the late great Sir Ian Holm was as well done as can be expected (the family gave their blessing) but it’s something that should be used ‘sparingly’ see ‘Rogue One’ as well.

However - still needs a cat!

Where this goes?  Be interested to see?

Very Much enjoyed this; although having half the story does bring it’s own issues.  I know it’s based on a book that I’ll pick up at some point (my To Be Read [TBR] pile puts my list of films and TV shows I want to see to *shame*).  I obviously this was not an issue for Dune as I had read the book more years ago than I want to think about.  Ditto ‘The Odessey’ - half the fun will…

One of my all time favourite films. A delight from start to finish.

Damnit! That's the 2nd time this year the Muppets have made me cry at the cinema. Although Elmo was 'after' my time, his story and the story of Kevin Clash (his 'creator') resonates. It's a film that shows what a wonder Jim Henson and his Muppets are. Highly Recommended
