  Disappointing...Didn't have the same charm as earlier Muppets movies. The songs by Bret Mckenzie were very much like those in the FotC series, however didnt translate well into a kids film and lacked the same wit.

  Tina Fey was the only real shining light from the long list of celebrity appearances, with Ty Burrell being acceptable.

  Ricky Gervais however seemed bored, and as for Ray Liotta....Well, I'm embarrassed for him.

  As a husband and father of 3 I found myself giggling a fair bit throughout the film, and relating to much of it more than I am comfortable admitting.

  The film however did fade away and lose momentum toward the last 30 mins or so with the introduction of John Lithgows character, im still scratching my head there.

  3 stars for the cheap laughs.
