William Lee, a gay American expat in Mexico City, spends his days almost entirely alone, except for a few contacts with other members of the small American community he lives in. His encounter with Eugene, an expat former soldier, makes him believe it might finally be possible to establish an intimate connection with somebody.
Quite an unusual movie with some interesting scenes in the last half when William takes psychedelics to properly under the true nature of his relationship with Eugene.

Ingrid (Julianne Moore) and Martha (Tilda Swinton), close friends from their shared years at a magazine, reconnect under sorrowful circumstances when Ingrid learns of Martha's incurable cervical cancer. Facing frustrations with her treatment, Martha poses the unusual request that Ingrid join her in the next room as she ends her life. The film offers engaging and humorous moments alongside reflections on life and achievements. A few unusual reminiscences felt slightly odd, though this might reflect director Pablo Almodovar's style.

Brilliantly conceived clay-mation movie from Adam Elliot. Tells the story of twins Gracie and Gilbert. After their parents die they are separated and sent to homes at the furthest parts of Australia. Love that it was totally made in Melbourne with only actors from here.

Such a great prequel to the original Willy Wonka movie. It was definitely reminiscent of the original style and done quite well. Performance from Timothee Chalamet was exceptional and who thought he could sing so well (not me). Some scenes brought a tear to my eye, especially when he sung Pure Imagination. The sets were fantastic and magical, just like the original. Definitely recommend going to see this movie.
