First half of the movie: Another slow and sad ww2 film.
Second half of the movie: Are we evil and hateful by nature, or is hate taught to us? If we do not learn from history, are we doomed to repeat it? Has the US done things as bad as this, and is my love for our country masking it? Was what we did in Vietnam this bad? Will I never watch this movie again for how disturbing it is?
losing half a star for no ending but ig that’s the point
I drove an hour to see this. It was incredible, the music was amazing, the acting was incredible and the story was complex, confusing but satisfying. The action scenes were so satisfying when they were inversed. The plot parts I understood were incredible and similar to Memento but better. The best spy movie of all time. However it did have some flaws like I did not give a fuck about the woman's kid but its still 5 stars so whatever.
