The Comeback: 2004 Boston Red Sox

    ★★★★

Watched with my dad, lifelong Red Sox fan, who paused every few moments to tell me where he was for every moment of each game. How he told less than one-year-old and future Sox fan me to “get used to this” after the devastating 2003 loss. Which of the players and coaches he later met at Red Sox Fantasy Camp. How he could barely watch Game 4 in the ALCS just waiting for a curse-like moment to inevitably end the season again. And finally where he was for the WS: St. Louis at Game 4!

No better sports story than this.

The real pain was my ears because every time the captain made an announcement it put the volume back to the max

Nothing else has ever been on this level ever. I think I have a much more complete grasp on this now.

Wrote a rare actual review for this. Trust me I liked this still.

I had really high expectations for this! Now that I've seen it...I'm a bit torn. I shouldn't have expected my new favorite movie, because it didn't live up to that exactly, but there was so much to love. The effects were great. The humor hit. The score and classical music was incredible. The concept was amazing...but still something felt missing. I'm definitely not feeling *negatively* towards this,…
