I think this is a documentary regardless of however you feel about the conflict most should watch. They don’t make grand overarching statements, actually, most of the time they continuously say they don’t have answers. It’s truly a story of friendship between a Palestinian man and Israeli. While showcasing the takeover of a rural area in Gaza. It’s not a traditional documentary in the sense it’s almost a movie as it’s a singular story.

This movie is simple, but it’s about as perfectly executed as it could be. None of the characters decisions felt like they were moving the plot forward, but truly characters living on screen.

Genuinely terrible. I never feel like my time is wasted at the theaters but this one did it for me. Can’t remember the last time I was sitting in a movie and wishing for it to fucking end.
TC performance does deserve some praise. He pulled off a pretty unlikeable character.
