  Jason Bourne meets Grand Theft Auto 5. 

  Funny concept that I couldn’t see any major studio having the balls to make today, but maybe that’s for the best. 

  This is campy in the best possible way and genuinely succeeds as a comedy - I would have even preferred them to lean into it a little more. 

  That said, this has some of the most deranged editing and VFX, and it’s unclear where the $12m budget went because this looks like it was filmed on an iPhone 4 with people pulled off the side of the street.
