    I have seen this film over 5 times (and am not a repeat watcher of films, for the most part).

    The protagonist and antagonist are JUST SO GOOD that your eyes are glued to the screen. Are the love scenes weak and schloky? Yes. But those are the only weak parts of this film. Who doesn't like to see a rags-to-riches story: such a weak man whose wife leaves him for a different sad sack of a man, a cab…

    Back when Winding Refn cared about story and character over creating tableaus of beautiful people in violent situations (Neon Demon, Only God Forgives, etc). All 3 "Pusher" series are genius and should be watched (if you can stomach the violence).
