70’s cinema is so funny to me. Thematically, this touched on so many subjects, none of which were linked or added remotely to the plot. Hilarious to see the depiction of USA vs everyone else (Istanbul ahhhh😱, Turkish people ahhhh😱) The reunion with Susan is so wild. 2 stars solely bc it made me laugh.

This film did not need to be as long as it was. The fps in some of the animation was too video game-like where other times it looked really good? Don’t rate the inconsistency. Can’t believe in over 6 hours of film nothing really has happened in the plot apart from the same two entities fighting each other. Bonus points for the outcast whale thing that kept saving the day. Kitty had one seizure and then that little plot line just disappeared? Dumb.
