  Strangely enough, 5 nights after I watched this movie I had a dream in which I was dreaming and was incessantly being advertised a movie to the point where I was getting angry. Please god let that dream advertising technology never come.

  While definitely taking its cues from Zombieland, Love and Monsters is an enjoyable movie in its own right. As a fan of old school giant insect movies like Them! I really enjoyed the monster designs. The dog is a good boy and gave me something more to attach to besides the main character. I could have used a bit more Rooker and Minnow but I understand that them separating allows for Joel to complete his character growth.

  Good movie. GREAT performances. Understandable the awards McConaughey and Leto are receiving. Between Mud and Buyers, I enjoy seeing this resurgence of McConaughey's career and look forward to seeing his roles from here.
