Absolutely enraptured by this. So much to commend, but the reason it's five stars is because of how emotionally invested I was the whole time. A must watch if you haven't yet.

Love that Director Bong took such a swing for the fences with this one, and Rob Pattinson is officially on GOAT watch at this point. I just feel like this is a Korean movie made by an American studio, and I'm not sure that it all meshes as well as it should. Technically, this is probably my least favorite of Director Bong's films, but his worst would be a highlight for most others, so....

Not as great as I wanted it to be but (1) enormously entertaining anyway and (2) clearly meticulous in its construction and execution. Whoever said that this guides you by the hand straight into hell has never seen a French horror film. Also, never thought I'd see the Sidemen in an A24 horror movie, but here we are.
Also, the theater experience, once again, proves that it is not worth it. Terrible crowd to see this with - phones need to be banned from theaters.

Really good movie, with an incredible final 20 minutes or so. I don't know that I'll ever LOVE Michael Mann, but his movies are undeniably cool and stylish. This might be my favorite Cruise role.
