  Genuinely way better than it has any right to be. Several moments that made me laugh, a few great musical moments, and Ryan Gosling kills the role as Ken. The movie is bright, colorful, musical, comedic, and full of childlike wonder. At the same time, it's clearly not made for kids, with adults being the main demographic. The final scene of the movie is hilarious while being meaningful.
