  Joel Schumacher started out on the right foot with this. Yes some parts are over the top but at no point do I think I am watching a toy commercial. Val Kilmer is good

  The Fly 1986

  I only recently got into body horror, but now I know a lot of movies I have seen have been classified as body horror. 

  David Cronenberg didn’t really do a remake of the original Fly with Vincent Price, but essentially reimagined it and took it to places the original didn’t go.

  I liked it. I gave it 4 stars. I liked Pattinson in it. I don’t know how much I really liked it though, but I will see it again. I think it demands to be seen more than once.
