  I was about halfway through T. Harry Williams' biography of Long when I found out Ken Burns had done a relatively short (for him, at least) movie on him.

  Obviously not quite as in-depth as Williams' titanic book, but I think it gives a fair representation of Huey as a man and a political machine. Burns kicks it off brilliantly with two interviews: one of a poor Louisianan who says that nobody could have hated Huey, the governor who paved…
