  Peeped the extended version this time. It was interesting seeing what jokes were cut. On the whole I think I prefer the shorter version, every other scene in this version ran a beat too long. Excited to debate with other Centies about this

  Lots of thoughts. The round table discussion post-movie talked a lot about the inherent differences between stage and cinema, particularly in how far the viewer’s suspension of disbelief can be stretched. Due to the limitations of space, props, etc., we go into plays and musicals knowing our minds will be doing a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to building the world.
