  To be clear, this is not a good film. It looks dirt cheap, the performances are phoned in, the art direction is as interesting as concrete, the plot is confusing and the character development is non-existent. I would have turned it off after about 20 minutes if Dylan’s name wasn’t attached to it. 
  On the positive side, a lot of the dialogue was fun, it had the dark, sardonic tone of lots of Dylan’s lyrics from the early 2000s, so…
