A little above average cinematography of landscape, but besides this the plot of this movie has so many holes. Streamed for St Pattys because it took place in Ireland and took me 4 days to finish.

Heretic 2024
A24 delivers once again with a great psychological thriller. An interesting exploration on how certain people view religion. Didn’t expect where it was going either. Hugh Grant was great as always. I had 0 idea that Topher Grace was the male Mormon until I looked at the cast afterwards.

Strange Darling 2023
This movie was wild. I went in blindly and not knowing anything about it. From the opening scene to the end, this is a white knuckled thriller. The way it is told in a non-linear fashion is unique and keeps the audience guessing and on the edge of their seat. Willa Fitzgerald. Damn, she absolutely KILLED this role. One of the better female acting performances I’ve seen in the last decade. Should definitely get nominated for some award because she is all deserving. This is an underrated gem I’m glad I watched. It should hold up even better on a rewatch as well.
