"Hi Roy, this is Clem Fandango, can you hear me?"

This film is as visually impressive as it is frustrating. Behind the shiny (and admittedly remarkable) veneer of the 100 million dollar budget that produced this visual masterpiece, is a flimsy story with a bad script to match it.

James Gray said that he wished this film to be "the most realistic depiction of space travel that's been put in a movie". It's a tall order. With the likes of…

When a film fully exceeds your expectations. I’ve said this a lot of times, but DC has a different edge to Marvel.

The thing is, this might be a five star film, but coz I rate GOTG Vol 2 even higher it makes it tough. The first half of the movie prgressed very nicely but the second half unfortunately felt a bit misguided at times. Still good, but fell flat in places. Plus, bit shocking this was nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay. I can understand it maybe for the first half, but the second half did not warrant a nomination. The kids were adorable, and honestly the best actors in the whole film.
