For a subject matter that is incredibly stuffy and overly bureaucratic with 18 mandatory steps of tradition per second, I feared that the pacing would be brutal.
However, it plays more like a court drama, with different parties edging for votes, and is supported by a booming, tense score that is well deserved of its nomination.
