  Truly nothing works here. The script is borderline terrible, stilted would be an understatement. The direction is, well, directionless, they throw everything at the wall and nothing sticks, completely voiceless in that regard. Sennot does her best (as she always does) but the material is lifeless and there is negative chemistry between her and the majority of the cast (I'm sorry but the actress playing Brook is very out of her element).

  Just a dour, one note mess.

  They made bisexual Colin Farrell boring. That's unforgivable.
