    Part of me wishes that I had a better, more nuanced take on this one for y’all. But truth told; The only thing I can think of is how this is one of those movies that’ll have you shedding real tears for, at best, softly discerned reasons. I have trouble figuring out why, but this one had me welling up with an extreme amount of emotion. It might’ve been the beautiful visuals, the stellar voicework, and the super sentimental story about purpose and personal responsibility. Or it could have just been because it was 10 in the morning. Who knows?

    Aight, Here’s the deal with Folie a Deux.

    For as much as I did not particularly enjoy sitting down in the theater and watching this one; I cannot argue against its cohesiveness. It’s a good thought experiment actually. How should we feel about a film whose screenplay makes all the sense in the world, but leads to an end product that is damn near the opposite of fun to watch?

    Absolutely wild that this was the screen unseen (1), but my ass won’t complain about that.

    Entertained I was! Much ado will probably be made about this movie’s apparent lack of depth. And I won’t completely disagree.
