  One of the things I love about exploitation films is they are, in some ways, more adept at traducing social commentary than a lot of the “serious films” that are made about similar subjects. There are feminist layers to this movie that may be lost on a lot of people the first time they view it. Seriously, watch and rewatch this movie!

  Honestly? Sort of plodding up until the last third. Which is pretty memorable, though….I just can’t quite understand why it all happened. I recognize that there are layers and begs for a bit more discussion after the fact. But as a viewing experience? Not my favorite.
