  A shame that such an important message should be framed in such an erratically paced movie. The second half felt like a stoner's paradise with long surreal sequences and a whole dream narration told through the captivating visuals of a goddamn Counterstrike play through. The characters were made inconsequential to fuel the atmosphere and it made it even harder to empathize with them on an issue many Singaporeans already turn a blind eye to.

  Pope Benedict XVI, silent for so long on the sexual abuse of thousands, was portrayed as a penitent old man deserving of our forgiveness by learning to live life, eating pizza, and watching football.
