that was…a lot of death to happen in the span of a few days. and i like how the move never really took a beat between deaths and the characters had just moved on by the next scene lol

i love a movie abt a celebrity crash out.
i liked how the monster looked in the last one more than in this one.
basically follows the same formula as the last one w the main concepts being grappled being: grief, trauma, suicidal ideation; and i suppose it could also have some It Follows sentiment (save this not being some kind of STI metaphor).
i really liked the addition of trichotillomania and the consequence of audience/fame.

big feelings abt this one. i need this movie in perfume form.
like:
top notes: concrete, blood, semen, broken glass, cherry jolly ranchers
heart notes: love, mutual destruction, promised violence, oud
base notes: lightbulbs, gasoline, vapour/ozone, yearning
(this perfume would smell terrible)
i Really liked this movie. everything about it felt ominous, even in the ‘comfortable’ moments bc of what happens early on and the constant callbacks to it. the promises of retribution and future violence hanging over every scene…
