  As a person who has bipolar disorder this was relatable but also super stigmatizing rather than being informative or educational there was almost no included information about bipolar disorder beyond child specific symptoms and suicide statistics and it is sad how little they knew at the time and still know about pediatric bipolar disorder I feel
  For the parents but god so sad
