Plot - A story that deserved to be told and on a scale this big. As far as solo character debut films this may be as good as it gets.

Plot - Stephen Strange is very similar to Tony Stark, extremely smart and self-centered. Then they eat a piece of humble pie to save the world. So lowered score for originality. I do like how Strange got his powers, it wasn't a science experiment or machine. He obtained them from training and practice.

Dialogue - The opening scene was pretty cool, plus a the famous line of "it's alive" kept this rating at a 7. The rest of the dialogue was pretty poor, which made the acting look worse than what it was.
Cinematography/Editing - Hard to rate a film that so old as I don't really know their capabilities during this time. I've not watch many films released before the 70s. Complaining this to a film I watched last year released in the early 40s this looked pretty good.
