Nosferatu 2024
Now, I've never seen the original, and I've never read Dracula, so I don't know how faithful it is to either, but I loved this movie. Incredible cinematography, beautiful costuming. I really appreciated that the lighting was dark without making the scenes invisible! It's a real pet peeve of mine. But the acting was kind of a miss for me, and the sound mixing needed a lot of help.
Glad I checked DtDD; I ended up skipping about 30 seconds or so because I didn't need the pigeon scene in my brain. 😬
