Or that time Bond teamed up with the Taliban.
A Russian General defects with the aid of Bond, who tells him that another Russian General has declared war on spies.
This is all a ruse though as the turncoat General is working with an arms dealer and wants the other General killed as he is getting to close to their operation.
Only one goofy scene no doubt caused by Broccoli senility, (going downhill in a cello case), so that's good.…Translated from by

Low Blow, Shaft and Cameron Mitchell, what more could you want?
The movie is a mess though. Characters lack motivation and are introduced and killed off unceremoniously (I think they could only afford Richard Roundtree for a day). The editing is all over the place. Bad acting, this movie has it all!
The highlight is Cameron Mitchell who seems to be in a different movie and is able to deliver some great unintentional comedy.
