Kavan Smith is great in this. In fact, all the actors are better than the average Hallmark. There's some deep angst in this and a bit of Woo Woo. I loved it.

I saw this years ago, but had a yen to rewatch. Beautiful film, but the love story is heartbreaking.

Damn, I hated this. It’s pure mumblecore visuals. Like, if we don’t have to show you what’s actually happening, maybe your imagination can come up with a story, because we don’t have one.

First: why do found footage films have cameramen with the aptitude of a two-year-old? The first half hour of this is like your buddy’s excruciatingly bad home movies. Always close ups, out of focus, coming in and out of scenes with no apparent
    Reason or motivation. Uninteresting…

I'm a sucker for single dad stories, and this one was watchable but not super engaging. I liked the male lead and the little girl was cute. Jill Wagner, the female lead, didn't do much for me in this one. The script was bland but had an ok message about both leads "growing up" since they were last involved. The crisis moment was completely manufactured and non-sensical, but at least it was short. Low middle tier for me this year.
