I was highly disappointed thinking this was a Christmas movie, anticipating more than one beautifully sung Xmas tune by the one and only Judy Garland. Nope. I was l left confused and rather disturbed by not just Halloween circa 1903, but the entire disjointed storyline.
Side note: Guess if your name is Tootie, you can lie about getting beat up because you almost derailed a trolley, burn furniture in the streets, and beat down fake snowmen.

Nothing worse than opening the mailbox and getting summoned for Jury Duty…wait it’s being summoned to watch this “classic” and reading all these rave reviews.
Don’t get me wrong, the era of this movie is captured well and the intensity of each juror slowly unraveling kept me interested and entertained, but not sure I can put this on my list of must see classics. What am I missing?
