never has a movie managed to make me cry and laugh as genuinely or as effectively in a less than 5 minute scene. this is a work of art—casted perfectly, with a perfect music score to go along with it. it’s an unrepeatable combination of youthful joy (no matter how old the character is), heart wrenching sadness, top tier comedy and a sincere picture of the many facets of womanhood. this has been and always will be one of my favorite movies of all time
