idk wikipedia said it was 16th in bbc's poll of the best movies of the 21st century or something. and i thought it was fine? the acting was really good, but as with other biopic-y stories i thought the pacing just got weird. it's very clear this was just a case that, after some fervor, went cold and then every like 8-12 years something almost notable happened around it that could warrant a 2 minute scene.

absolutely great thanksgiving film -- sassy/stupid/melodramatic one-liners, over the top sexuality, amazing costumes, and a lot of fun pointing out where they do and don't try to minimize armie hammer in this movie.
