This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
First of all, I think the structure of the mystery is really well done. I think they did a very good job of pacing the reveal of more information in particular. The final bit where Deputy so and so tells Ellison that he just sped up the process by moving his family and then him immediately feeling the effects of the drug from his daughter was really well done.

Genuinely so funny!! And a very solid, heartwarming story. I thought all the characters felt like really well-rounded people. I thought the interpersonal conflicts were realistic, and I like the way they resolved them. The characters are also very smart in handling the situation! I also just genuinely had such a fun time watching this movie! There weren't really any jumpscares and most every joke made me actually laugh!! Big recommend!!
One of the most movies of all time. The practical effects are so masterfully well done and incredibly cool!! They're gooey and bloody and such dynamic shapes too!! I love the ending and the ambiguity of it. I don't really know what else to say. It's truly an incredible movie and one that I feel everyone should watch at some point in their lives
A surprisingly well animated movie! Sure, the people look a little janky, but the clothing and lighting and ice animations are all so good!! The Hero Boy (his credited name) sure does duck everything up so bad, but damn I love this movie, even if it's a little goofy sometimes. Also Tom Hanks absolutely infected this movie. Why does he voice so maybe people!?
We also found out that the Hobo was killed on the train by hitting the tunnel according to a deleted scene so that was neat!
