  The visuals are very impressive, the battles are amazing to use as clips in the classroom, but....

  I ain't gonna do a spoiler warning. It happend in 1971, you had time to look it up.

  Great movie. Characters could have been a bit more fleshed out tho.
  What I really wanted to write about was the ending. It comes rather abrupt and when I first watched it, it felt over the top. 'No way this happened' were my first thoughts. But with a little bit of digging (Wikipedia), I sadly have to conclude that yes: it happened.
