Anyways, I loved it — and not just because I’m living in Poland. Reminded me of one of my favorite pieces of art by Jenny Holzer; “It is in your self-interest to find a way to be very tender.” This movie seems to put Holzer’s statement to the test: to what extent should pain and tenderness be felt, and who does it really serve?
