A Real Pain 2024
Writer, director, co-star Jessie Eisenberg has created a worth-a-watch character driven film that allows Kieran Calkin to show his extraordinary acting chops. Having seen him in Succession, playing a complicated often unlikable character, and seen him in this film where his character is indeed often a real pain, I am impressed how brilliant Culkin is in bringing appealing emotional sensitivity into his performances.
Both Eisenberg and Culkin’s performances enrich a good movie of complicated issues.Translated from by
