  Acting (meh) and the story (seen too many times) bring it down slightly, but that camera work is something special.
  I'm honestly amazed something this creative and different passed Hollywood "self-censorship".

  Should I laugh or cry?

  To be honest, I expected a lot.
  I don't even know why - especially when I see the crew and the cast. Acting was mind numbing.
  And then the special effects and the music... 🤦‍♂️

  Avoid!
  Not worth wasting your time on this.

  It's even lamer than King Arthur or Kingsman.

  It's not Geostorm or 2012 levels of bad, but it's there.

  Characters are abysmal. One would think that people like the main character would be put before the firing squad in the situation as dire as this one (OK, I'm exaggerating, but you get the point).

  Acting is very bad (almost comical).
  CGI is bad.
  The story is interesting (Cixin Liu), though I haven't read it yet. It's commendable that it focuses on one "small" problem instead trying to explain…
