this is like a twist on the born again christian story because after all the attempts hilary faye makes to convert others and have them born again (adhere to her evangelical bullshit worldview) after crashing her van she's born again as a nice person who MIGHT be capable of things like compassion and empathy. also big fan of cassandra and roland together seeing young macaulay culkin smoke cigs was awesome
