Okja 2017
it’s good, just didn’t really lock into it. pretty predictable and not subtle at all. lots of messaging thrown in your face. less of this and more of your strictly korean language films please bong. enough with these english screwball comedies. I was so hyped for mickey 17 and now it’s gonna feel like a chore to eventually watch and get through. never thought I’d see the day I’d say such a thing but the trailers for mickey threw me off so much and ended any and all hype I had.

yeah this is actually good. the animation is cool and good enough but nothing that extraordinary. pretty average animation. it’s also pretty long for an animated film. gets to be a lot to handle towards the end. don’t know when i’ll get to see ne zha 2 but after seeing this I see the hype and its very much deserving of the money it’s making. it’s a cool and fun watch.

Dune: Part Two 2024
This is now definitively my favorite film of all time, and I don't think it's particularly close. Is it the greatest movie of all time? I don't know, maybe, it's certainly amongst the conversation. This is my generations film. I will live the rest of my life through this film.
