  “I never knew the Deer God made flowers bloom.”

  There are a couple other Ghibli films that are a little closer to my heart for deeply personal reasons, but man, this really is just a perfect movie. I only wish the apes got more screen time, I love the apes. Those apes tickle my brain in just the right way, so unbelievably unsettling.
