    Berserk if it was a Naruto episode.

    Usually, B movies are funny and (positively) ridiculous, and that’s all there is. I couldn’t say the same for O Velho e a Espada, it has such a strong premise and development that at its core, it’s what blockbuster fantasies are made of. Incredibly rich in references and yet so innovative, the passion leaks through the screen.

    Antonio da Luz, who plays the titular old man, has never acted before yet he is so charismatic that I can’t possibly imagine anyone else in this role. May he rest in peace.
