  I was a bit scared to watch this film because I heard people arguing that it glamorizes sex work, and that really pisses me off me when it happens. But that wasn’t the case here at all. If anything, we follow a sex worker trying to get away from that lifestyle under the most ridiculous circumstances.   I've missed Victorian Gothic horror tales! I think Bram Stoker would have loved this depiction of the Vampyre, a perfect balance between terrifying and erotic (and whoever didn't find Orlock somehow erotic is lying). The cinematography, set design, and costumes were all stunning, coming together as the perfect recipe for an instant classic. I particularly want to highlight Lily's possession and nightmare scenes.
