  This is politically-conscious period piece following Bob Dylan and his music - His impact on culture and the struggle most artist’s face when being boxed into a genre. I felt immersed in this film and it was a nice escape.

  I’m pretty disappointed with this sequel. Going into it knowing it was framed as a musical, I was hoping the musical numbers would amplify or support the story; however, there really was no purpose to them. If anything, the musical scenes took me out of the movie and felt pointless and distracting from the story.
