Started so strong! It was hard to watch in all the right ways and then by the end I was like oh, is that it? I had hoped for a stronger ending but was left wondering what actually happened?
A word of advice; don’t eat dinner while you’re watching this.
Renfield was executed brilliantly! The perfect balance of horror comedy with a really good script and believable performances all round.
Nicholas Hoult is so good at playing the lovable “bad guy” - and alongside Nicholas Cage, I truly believed the power dynamics and dysfunctional working relationship that they had.

I had no idea what to expect from this and I was both horrified and captivated.
