Important topic but presented through the lense of someone who himself acknowledges to know nothing about. Film jumps from one tangent to another while he attempts to "interview" organizations in bait and switch fashion. The filmmaker imposes himself into the narrative too much, there's no coherent flow, and ultimately there's no comprehensive scientific/humanitarian/socio-economic analysis.
