Perfect Days 2023
Such a simple, yet rich story. With the camera work it often feels like we’re invading hirayama’s personal space, which definitely made me grow attached quickly (although I’m sure it’s also just his character). This also added to the immersion of his day to day life, making it easy to laugh and cry right alongside him.
