  After coming off a film like Tenet, what next would Christopher Nolan’s next big IMAX presentation be? Nolan has gotten bigger and bolder with every movie he’s made.

  Oppenheimer seemed like an interesting choice. What interest would the master of big concepts, huge casts, and excellence in technical filmmaking and 70mm presentation have in a biopic drama about a man whose crowning achievement was the creation of the atomic bomb.   This is going to take a second watch for sure, but after my first viewing of what will eventually be many, I loved it. Wes Craven’s original Scream was a commentary on horror films and was a tribute to horror fans and the slasher genre as a whole. This movie, Scream 5, you might call it… was the same thing but just unique enough to be worth being made, and not feel like a studio money grab.

  Before I watched this, I had already heard about the iconic sex scene everyone was talking about but the rest was a complete surprise. It was very original and probably nobody would even comprehend how this idea on paper became a great film, but it did! And here I am writing a 4 star review with only half of an idea of what I just watched. Anyways, you should rent it or buy it to support making more weird movies.
