    At first I was mesmerized by the type of ethereal / nature-loves-courage compositions of imagery that nothing resembles the contemporary harsh-ring-light-in-hotel-rooms of contemporary gay pornography. But then it started leaning into more BDSM themes and I got struck by the violence with which it intertwined the aesthetic facettes of the historical affairs between gay culture and fascism. On top of all that the makings of a big city as the landscape. This is one for the books for sure.
