The little creeper creatures were cute 10/10
Also if I had nickels for every time Mark Ruffalo played an asshole character that stole the show I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Toni Colette's character and the dictator was so weird and uncomfortable it was ridiculous lol.
Also also Naomi Ackie, if you're reading this I am free to hang out on Tuesday night, please contact me if you would like to hang out on Tuesday night when I am free
So much better than Emilia Perez, are you kidding?
So well done, oof this hurt me right in the feels
i loved this series !! anya can honestly step on me and i would thank her!! her performance was brilliant. the set and costume designs are beautiful, and basically transport you into the 1960s.
also she made those sexist nerdy boys (including dudley!!) her bitch and we love to see it 💞✨
i’m definitely listening to the score later.
i hope she got some therapy though because she has a whole book full of trauma
Netflix’s miniseries are looking great towards the end of this heck of a year!
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I finally rewatched this since it came out on hulu and there’s so many connections I found throughout it. It’s so brilliant. An Oscar well-deserved. A family driven by greed and it all started with a stone that represented their dreams of wealth and good fortune, but like the physical weight this capitalistic ideal life weighs down everyone surrounding it- including the family.
No matter what they do and how smart they are to achieve that ideal life they’re always…
