  Do any low budget horror movies actually shoot on location any more? When you can't even have two characters talking in a car without it looking like a cutscene from Need for Speed Carbon it's a problem. It's such an ugly look and saps any atmosphere out of the movie,it's BRUTAL.

  And another thing, these goddamn cameos from horror stars of yesteryear in stuff like this. Save the Dee Wallace money and put it towards making a movie that doesn't look like it was filmed using the Frostbite engine.

  It's a shame because I quite liked Jeepers Creepers 3, but this is just garbage.

  Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School 1988

  Lovely colourful animation and backgrounds but the move to real monsters rather than baddies in masks isn't as appealing to me, plus the absence of the rest of the gang hurts it; Scrappy-doo can get in the fucking sea.

  Deliriously depraved mixture of gothic horror and modern gorefest that boasts brilliant effects work and impressively grim cinematography.

  The relationship between the main characters and hints of their past keeps things interesting plot-wise,and there's some good acting from the whole cast.

  Bit of a hidden gem this one.
